No human writers. No waiting on a freelancer's schedule. The AI does the work and we email you the finished file.
Paste your full resume text into the intake form. If you have a target job, paste the job posting too. Add any context about your goal: switching industries, returning from a gap, looking for a more senior role. We use that context to calibrate the rewrite.
Behind the scenes the system runs three AI passes. The first analyzes your resume against industry standards and identifies what to surface. The second rewrites every section with stronger verbs, quantified results where the source supports it, and ATS-friendly structure. The third scrubs the output for banned phrases (responsible for, contributed to, etc.), weak verb openers, em-dashes, and other patterns that signal generic AI output.
We pick from five visual templates (Healthcare, Tech, Finance/Legal, Creative, Entry-Level) based on the analysis. Each one uses standard ATS-friendly formatting (single column, no tables, no graphics, no headers/footers) but with subtle styling cues calibrated to the field.
A styled .docx and a notes page land in your email, usually within a few minutes of submission. The notes page covers your ATS clearance score (GREEN, YELLOW, RED) with reasons, the top 3 changes we made and why, an industry benchmark, and "one thing to add" priority list.
Reply to the delivery email with what you want changed. The pipeline runs again on top of the previously rewritten version, applies your notes, and re-delivers. First revision is on the house. Additional revisions are $25 each.
The pipeline is three Claude calls, run in sequence:
Single-call AI rewrites have a known failure mode: the model loses focus and adds generic filler. Splitting the job into analyze → rewrite → scrub gives each call a narrow mandate and a different model temperature. The scrub call is also a safety net that catches the common patterns customers flag in revisions.
